Documents required for Malaysia Visa:

1. Passport: The applicant must provide an original passport that was issued no more than ten years ago. It should be valid and has six months left until its expiration date. Copy of every prior passport containing visa pages.
2. Photograph: Taken within the last 6 months. The photo size must be 35 x 50 mm matt paper with a plain white background. Must be facing the camera in the photo for the whole face to be seen.
3. Visa Application Form for Malaysia: Complete the online visa application form with all the necessary information. Block letters must be used to complete the form.
4. Plan of Tour: All of the applicant’s tour plans must be submitted. How long they plan to stay, where they plan to travel, and everything else.
5. Cover Letter: A private letter from the candidate explaining their background, the reason for the visit, and who will bear the entire expense of the journey. Travel and lodging must be included as well.
6. Forwarding Letter: A letter from the employer’s office, such as an NOC/LOI letter on the company letterhead pad, explaining the applicant’s objective for the visit, their designation, passport number, the allocated roles during the visit, the length of the stay, their contact information, and any other relevant information
7. Office ID Card: Three copies of the office identification card or visiting card must be submitted.
8. Personal Bank Statement and ITR certificate: the applicant must have 6 month’s Bank statement with a solvency certificate. Bank’s name and telephone number, authorized bank stamp, and signature must be included. Must submit his/her last 3 years income tax return certificate.
9. Company Bank Statement and ITR: A copy of the sponsoring company’s bank statements from the previous 6 months (maximum balance 3 lac) that include the bank’s phone number and name, signature, and an approved bank stamp (if the trip is sponsored by the company). The applicant needs to provide the employer’s last 3 years’ worth of income tax returns. Legal authorities must certify the license (if the corporation is funding the vacation).
10. Certificates & Other Documents: English translated Trade License (if business), NOC (for job holders), ID Card (if student), Vaccine Certificate, Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
11. Airline Ticket Itinerary: According to the schedule and return, an itinerary has to be reserved for the applicant’s airline ticket.
12. Hotel Reservation: Following the travel itinerary, he or she must mention the hotel or resort.

Visa processing time entirely depends upon the time taken by the visa office while processing each visa application to its merit and may take longer than the tentative processing time.
